Notice on pre allocation of warehouse receipts of Zhuhai export goods

Release Time:2022-08-22      Hit Count:195

From May 27, the new system shall be uniformly used by the customs throughout the country. The customs shall uniformly implement that the export goods need to be pre configured with warehouse receipts before they can formally go through the customs declaration formalities at the customs site. Note: warehouse receipt pre allocation refers to that the shipping company arranges in advance where this batch of bulk cargo is loaded before customs declaration

For containers with individual container numbers, the tallying company shall assign seal numbers to the containers. After the goods are unloaded at the wharf, the tally department, the foreign agent department and other departments will input this information into the warehouse receipt data information of the customs, and send the warehouse receipt to the Customs for pre allocation before the customs can formally handle the customs declaration formalities. (same procedures for container goods)

In order not to affect the normal export of your goods, please pay attention to the following aspects:

1. If your export bulk shipping company does not have the pre allocated container number, the foreign agent cannot print the export cargo manifest. The goods can not enter the wharf warehouse even when they are delivered to the wharf.

2. On May 26, 2014, various shipping companies and terminals in Jiuzhou jointly issued a notice that no release sheet will be received after 5:15 for export bulk cargo.

3. The shipping companies of Jiuzhou Port have a rest from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. Therefore, the container cargo and bulk cargo can not be pre configured, and the export ship list can not be printed, which will cause the bulk cargo trucks to arrive at noon and cannot be unloaded.

4. For the smooth customs clearance of your export goods, please provide the bulk cargo data exported on the same day before 11:30 every day, so as to make the pre allocation, print the ship list and enter the warehouse smoothly.

5. The bulk cargoes exported on the same day should be unloaded and delivered to our company before 4:00 p.m., so that the subsequent pre allocation procedures and follow-up customs declaration procedures can be smoothly completed, and the release sheet can be delivered before 17:15 as much as possible.

The relevant change process is as follows:

1. Received the information of your export goods

2. The shipping company will prepare the container number, and the foreign agent will print the shipping list of export goods (this step was not necessary in the past) (the shipping company will rest from 12:00 to 2:00 at noon, and can not print the shipping list before 12:00, and can not give the information at 11:30 at noon, and the goods can not enter the warehouse even if they arrive early.)

3. Unloading and tallying of goods at No. 7 warehouse (the unloading time is greatly related to the volume of goods and the queuing time. Generally, the volume of goods should be at least half an hour)

4. After unloading in No. 7 warehouse, send the shipping data to the foreign agent and write the seal number (it was not necessary to do this step before) (at least 5-10 minutes)

5. Go to the foreign liner operation Department to make the pre allocation warehouse receipt (it was not necessary to do this step before) (at least 10 minutes)

6. After the warehouse receipt is prepared and the customs declaration is passed, go to the customs site for customs declaration (at least half an hour)

7. Deliver the documents to the warehouse after release (the customs requires the documents to be delivered to the warehouse before 17:15)
